Barbecued Salmon Steaks with Pink Peppercorn or Dijon Mustard
juice of 2 limes
zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp honey
1-1/2 tbsp desired mustard
pinch of salt
4 salmon steaks (1″ thick)
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Oil the grill and heat the barbecue.
Lay salmon steaks onto hot grill and brush with sauce.
Leave for 5 minutes each side, brushing often.
Remove and enjoy!
